Bring what you need to be comfortable and warm on the ground for an hour. Extra pads and blankets will be provided for those who need it.

Hello South Coast!

We are back after a winter hiatus and are bringing you two sound baths at your favorite Bandon yoga studio, Dockside Dharma.

Sunday, January 18 @ 3:00pm
Saturday, January 31 @ 6:00pm

TIckets must be purchased in advance as there is limited seating. Both events can be found here:
