🧬 Let’s Talk About Labs — and Why They Matter More Than You Think

I often meet patients who’ve been told “your labs look fine”… yet they still feel exhausted, inflamed, bloated, gaining weight, or just “off.”

The truth?
Most standard primary care labs miss important early markers of metabolic, thyroid, cardiovascular, and inflammatory health.

For example:
