We know the letters going out about 2026 insurance premiums are stressful right now. 😟

Between tax credits expiring and rates shifting, a lot of people are looking at their monthly costs and feeling like they have to choose between going broke or going without coverage.

Starting January 1, 2026, you can officially use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your Apotheosis Health membership.

The new federal rules allow HSA funds to cover DPC fees up to $150/month for individuals and $300/month for families. Since our memberships are just $90 and $220, your entire monthly fee fits easily under the cap!

If you are looking at High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) to keep those monthly insurance costs down, this new rule makes them a much better partner for DPC. You can save on the insurance premium, and use your HSA to pay for the actual care, access, and time you get with us!

Bangor Public Health & Community Services has launched its new Milk & Cookies Lactation Clinic! This is a wonderful new resource for Bangor!

Bangor Public Health & Community Services has launched its new Milk & Cookies Lactation Clinic, a welcoming space for families who need timely, expert lactationsupport.

The clinic offers free, one-on-one consultations with an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and Lactation Counselor to help with latching, positioning, milk supply, pumping, returning to work, and other infant-feeding questions. Support is available at no cost thanks to grant funding.

The clinic also recognizes how closely lactation and mental health are connected, and aims to give parents the confidence and reassurance they need in the early days of feeding.

UPDATE! ⭐️

We wanted to hop on here and give a quick update because we have been getting a lot of questions lately about our capacity! We have been absolutely blown away by the support from this community!

Because of you, we are officially about 2/3rds of the way full! It has been SO amazing to see Apotheosis Health grow, but since we strictly cap our patient numbers (to make sure we always have plenty of time for you!), we are getting closer to that limit.

If you or a family member have been thinking about joining, now is really the perfect time.

Update on Enrollment ⭐️Starting January 1st, 2026, we will be introducing a one-time sign-up fee for new members. Since opening, we’ve realized just how much "behind the scenes" work goes into properly onboarding a new patient, whether by gathering old records, building out your chart, or reviewing/studying your history so we can hit the ground running. This fee allows us to dedicate the time needed to get your care started in the best, most organized way.

If you sign up before the New Year, you can still lock in your membership without that enrollment fee!
We truly cannot thank you enough for trusting us with your care. It is an honor to be your healthcare home!

We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Thea Health, bringing specialist access in hours, not months, right here in our clinic.

🚨 We’ve already shared almost all of the first round of food drive donations, and families are so grateful. But the need is still heavy, especially for kids. No child in our community should ever have to wonder where their next meal is coming from.

If you’re able to give, please do. Every box of cereal, every can of soup truly matters. And if you can’t make it to the office, I’m more than happy to come pick up any food donations myself.

Thank you to everyone who’s already given. You’ve already made a real difference for someone in our community!

🌸 A Heartfelt Thank You to Kylie Sherman 🌸

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Kylie Sherman, who graciously dedicated three hours of her time at the Women’s House yesterday to provide free haircuts and styles for our residents. Kylie came fully prepared with curling irons, flat irons, and even hair perfume and poured her heart into making each woman feel beautiful and cared for.

A total of 10 women received free haircuts and styling, and the joy in the house was undeniable. The smiles, the confident walks, and even a few model turns said it all— they felt amazing!

Kylie even brought Frank's Bakery Donuts for all the clients to enjoy!
Thank you, Kylie, for your time, energy, and incredible compassion. Your kindness made a lasting impact and reminded everyone of the beauty that comes from generosity. 💕
