If you saw my email this week and water and staying hydrated while it’s frigid outside; this is why you need extra water when it is so cold outside! This was one of the warmer days I have walked and you can see the frost on my scarf. My eyelashes have already melted! Take this as your cue to pick up your water bottle and drink! Happy Wednesday!
