Lem’s Cafe 🤝 Amber Mornings
Week 5 of Amber Mornings was great…per usual 😏
This week our theme was softening, letting go and opening up. We did a juicy shoulder opening practice😌
Ngl, I loved teaching the shoulder openers so much that all the classes this week had a sprinkle of shoulder work 😄💪
Afterwards, we headed over to to see what treats we could discover…and there is SO much to choose from 😍
Lem’s Cafe handles the drinks while Bourbon City Kitchen & Trade Company & Lisa’s Creations have a great variety of treats and meals to choose from.
Not only do I love a business focused on community and connection, but it’s an homage to our family roots!
Lem Reed is my great-great grandfather and the great grandfather of Amanda who used to greet and play the Banjo at
It’s such a beautiful way to spotlight a piece of African American History right on Bardstown Main Street 💕
Please stop by and check out the cafe or join us for Amber Mornings on 11/15 when we circle back through and coffee is on us 😋
See you in the studio sooon 🤩
