Today’s card reminds you that sometimes you need to negotiate and compromise. You’re not going to make everyone completely happy, but you can make things amicable. You may be starting into a new partnership, whether romantic or business, that will need these negotiations and compromises. Avoid in the beginning being all or nothing, and find the happy medium. Avoid being selfish; compromises are necessary in life. Every relationship is a give and take!

Now is a time to pat yourself on the back and see how far you’ve come. Take the day to reflect on where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going. This contemplation will help you to see yourself in a brighter light. You may not be completely healed, you may not be where you want to “be” yet- and that’s ok. Growth takes time. Instead of rushing into the next thing, take today for this reflection.

While this card says to trust, it is a trust of yourself. Bobinsana is often used to in the Shipibo traditions dealing with unconditional self love, oneness with the universe, and soul retrieval. What needs healing in your heart to make you feel more whole? It is often prescribed by a healer to help with wounds from childhood.

So while bobinsana may not be relatively available to you, take today to work on self love and embracing all the wondrous things that make you you! Allow yourself some time to relax today, either through meditation or energy healing like reiki.

If something has ended, maybe it’s for the best. Ending one cycle and beginning anew is the point of renewal. This change that has occurred or will occur will help to open you up and see what you can do better in in life, even if that is the opposite of what you’ve been doing. The old adage, it is darkest before the dawn, seems to be typically true.
This card tells the story of the geranium flower-plucked from her original pot and seemingly discarded, the plant went dormant. Only to awaken blooming in the earth and allowing her roots to spread.
Know this-even if you have to go dormant, take some time for you and become a hermit, you can come out of this being able to expand further than ever before.

The Earth says hello.

We sometimes take for granted all that the earth gives us to sustain us. As the earth mother allows for plants to grow and be harvested or eaten by the animals we eat, we need to give back what we take out. Spend some time grounding with the earth, (as safely and as best you can in the cold). It’s time to recharge and rest with Mother Earth, and allow for the healing energy within you to heal both you and the earth. Use Mother Earth as a guide to guide you down the path to happiness. There are layers to healing, and the earth helps you to blossom. Take some time today to be grateful for the earth and all she does to sustain us.

The “5 of poles” indicates that there is some chaos going on in your life when it comes to collaboration or relationships. Things seem out of anyone’s control and you don’t seem to be agreeing on anything. This may be because you’re being too stubborn, and not allowing for compromise. To alleviate the tension, make sure you are communicating your thoughts and reasons why you want it to be a certain way. Sometimes, compromises are necessary to keep the peace, even if it means not getting your way-keep the I told you so to yourself in this case, as that might reignite the arguments.

Happy Monday! how is your week starting out? Let’s make the best of it!

Air calls us to find ourselves in the clouds once again. When we take our first breath, we are taking our first action on this earth, this plane of existence. The air on earth is the only known breathable air in our interstellar travels, and the atmosphere protects us from the harmful elements of space such as the vaccuum and yhe UV rays from the sun. Without this air, we wouldn’t exist.
So take some time today and just breathe. Just be. Give thanks to the earth for having this air that can sustain life! In doing so, let your mind open up to all the possibilities. Listen to the whispers on the wind, and allow yourself to dream of your goals. You may just get that second wind to achieve them.
