It’s been a year and a whole lot has changed.
I love a whole 116.2 pound person physically and mentally I have become stronger and happier.
I can’t wait to see what the next year brings me!

Stepping into Monday ready to succeed!

Workout: Step ups, 4 sets of 10 on each leg.
Focus: Hamstring, Quads, Glutes & Calves
Goal: Eventually not need the railing as assistance
