Blueberry Almond Chia Pudding is like having dessert for breakfast 😋
Packed with omega 3 fatty acids (good fats) protein, and fiber. This is the breakfast of a true boss.
PUDDING BASE:
• 2 cups almond milk
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 2tbs pure maple syrup
• 2tbs cinnamon
TOPPINGS
• 4 cups frozen blueberries
• 8 the almond butter
1. Whisk all base ingredients together in a bowl until chia seeds are thoroughly covered.
2. Refrigerate for 6-8hrs (highly recommend sitting overnight).
3. Separate into 4 bowls/jars/containers, and top each with 1 cup of blueberries and 2tbs almond butter.
