Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what has always been whole.
So often we think we just want relief — less anxiety, less pain, more clarity, better sleep.
But what actually happens when we tend to every layer of ourselves — body, emotions, mind, and spirit — is something deeper.
We remember.
We remember who we were before the conditioning.
Before the stress.
Before the survival patterns.
And from that place… we don’t return to the old version of ourselves.
We begin again.
