At times, when we experience physical and metal pain, this unpleasant situation feels like our body and mind are fighting against us. But they are fighting for us. Cultivating wisdom and thinking about these experiences can give us an awareness about unpleasant experiences. It was a great practice of cultivating awareness, gratefulness within, and receiving healing through Buddhist chanting and a sound bath at Happy Hour Yoga in crytal lake.
Greatful to Venerable Bhante Sujatha who introduced me to Yoga studio.

The Special Metta Sound Healing and Meditation event focuses on promoting self-love, inner peace, protection, and cultivating mindfulness. Everyone will receive a ROSE QUARTZ bracelet (Rose Quartz is also called the "stone of love". It promotes self-love, emotional healings and enhanced relationships). These bracelets are blessed by the chanting of the RATHANA Sutta 108 times. (The RATHANA Sutta is commonly recited for protection and blessings.)
