October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. Our practice is offering this gentle, compassionate and supportive group for people grieving a pregnancy loss after 20 weeks gestation (we hope to offer early pregnancy loss groups in the future). Contact deb@embodymentalhealth.com for questions or to register. We are still accepting participants, so we are extending the registration timeline.

Our Parent/Elder Grief Group is accepting new patients! This group runs for 8 weeks and then opens up to invite new participants and allows for current members to engage for another round. This group has been a beautiful, tender and powerful support for people grieving the death of a parent or elder. Deb's leadership is gentle, wise and compassionate. Please share with your friends, families and patients.
