Sense I’m at 160lbs again so I figured I should post another physique update just got done training 3 hours of martial arts + a couple hours of strength and conditioning 20 down pushups (210 reps in all) and 15 down sit-ups (120 reps in all) with dropsets of dumb bell bicep curls starting with 35lbs for 10 on each arm (wasn’t keeping count of the total number but something like 70 sets per arm) was pumped to the max definitely a little leaner than last time I was at this body weight I would say around 13.5-14% body fat witch is about.5-1% less fat % than last time witch means I increased my lean body mass witch is also nice I have better insurance than last time I was this size I also feel stronger than last time and I feel much better over all also I’m hungry lol last time I was this big I had problems shoveling enough food down my throat to keep getting bigger that won’t be an issue this time around until I hit about 165-170lbs

Check out my Newest video I do an IKF PMT Fight link in my bio. It was my first so far, and it was super fun. The plan is to do a bunch more of there to get more experience (and to flex a little) and just because it’s super fun I wanna thank my striking coach he’s super amazing he knows his stuff I love to be flashy in my striking and he likes to keep it basic he’s the perfect coach to balance me out and thanks to everyone it’s super amazing there and I’m super grateful to all my sparring partners for getting me sharp Iron sharpens iron
