Our residents had an absolutely wonderful time in today’s yoga class! The room was filled with calm energy, big smiles, and plenty of stretching as everyone focused on relaxing their minds and strengthening their bodies. 💛

Today we gathered to celebrate Veterans Day and honor the brave men and women who have served our country. Our residents and guests shared stories, smiles, and heartfelt gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy each day.

A special thank you to our guest speaker, Lee Buchschacher, for delivering such an inspiring and meaningful message. Your words truly touched everyone’s hearts. ❤️

Our Foxbridge residents enjoyed a wonderful lunch outing today at Rafferty’s Restaurant! 🥗🍔🥤 The food was delicious, the conversations were lively, and the laughter filled the table. There’s nothing like good company and a great meal to brighten the day! 💛

For our monthly outing, we took our residents on a fun-filled trip to the Memphis Zoo! 🚌✨

Everyone had such a great time exploring the exhibits, seeing all the amazing animals, and enjoying a beautiful day together. 🐘🦓🌞

Our residents enjoyed a peaceful and refreshing yoga class today — stretching, breathing, and finding their calm. After class, everyone was treated to a soothing shoulder massage to help melt away any tension. 🪷💆‍♀️

It was the perfect combination of movement and relaxation — leaving everyone feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for the rest of the day! 💖
