What an amazing day! Our residents and staff celebrated Halloween with a spook-tacular party, and our Activity Department truly outdid themselves with the most creative costumes ever! 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️

🎉 Huge congratulations to our amazing nurse Jessica Thomas! 🎉

She’s been awarded a THCEF scholarship from the Tennessee Health Care Association, and honored today at the 2025 THCA/TNCAL Convention & Trade Show. Jessica is an LPN here at The Kings Daughters and Sons Home working toward becoming an RN. We are so proud of her hard work and dedication!

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from The King's Daughters and Sons Home! 🎆

We had a fantastic celebration last night, enjoying the Bartlett fireworks show right from our parking lot! Over 30 residents, along with lots of staff and family, joined in the fun!

👏 Shoutout to our amazing Activities team and all the staff who helped make this evening so special!

And most importantly — to our veterans — thank you for your service and sacrifice. We are forever grateful for your dedication to our country. 💙

To celebrate CNA Week, we put our CNAs to the test with a "Bed-Making Race" — and they did not disappoint! 💪😄

Don’t worry — no real residents were involved! Our “residents” were actually fellow staff members playing along for the fun.

These dedicated CNAs work so hard every day, and it was great to see them having fun and showing off their skills. 💙

Last week, we celebrated National Skilled Nursing Home Week! A huge shoutout to our amazing Activity Department for their creativity and hard work in bringing each themed day to life — every scene was handcrafted by them!

We soaked up the fun at a tropical luau, enjoyed a lively round of Family Feud, and took a trip to Las Vegas, complete with a human slot machine! Of course, we wrapped up the week with our beloved Resident & Staff Cookout — always a crowd favorite.

Thank you to all the residents and staff who participated and made the week so memorable. Your energy and enthusiasm made every moment truly special!
