Hello! Did you know your thoughts can shape your reality? Do you know how?

Your thoughts can show your perception of the world and can lead to forming beliefs and self-concepts that influence your actions. You have the power to choose your thoughts rather than just being a passive recipient. Consciously nurturing positive thoughts helps balancing negative input (internal and external), and improve your outlook. By changing your thoughts, you can change your actions, which in turn can change your life experience and well-being. Want to know how? Read on!

Our brains can be reshaped through thoughts, behavior and the environment. Repeated thoughts can physically change your brain by forming and strengthening neural pathways, a process known as neuroplasticity. This can go either way depending on your thoughts. Be aware of your thoughts and self-talk! You can take control by challenging negative thoughts and replacing them with more positive ones. Building neural pathways consciously is possible through repeated practice. The University of Pennsylvania Researchers published a specific study they did about this.

Affirmations are a great tool to rewire the brain and re-frame negative thought patterns into positive ones. In simple terms, you can reprogram your subconscious with repeated affirmations. Self-affirmations can change behavior and seem the most effective. Add another boost by writing them. They work by strengthening beneficial neural connections in the brain, which can lead to changed thoughts patterns and changes in behavior. This can improve awareness, healing processes, behavioral patterns, emotional regulation, reduce stress, and bring inner peace. It does required a repeated practice and thus staying consistent is key for success.

So to recap here. Repeating affirmations consistently can:

• Change behavior
• Alter thought patterns
• Lower stress levels
• Decrease worry, fear, and anxiety
• Open and strengthen our spiritual connection
• Improve the quality of life
