Let me tell you what happened next.

After I shared what I walked through, something unexpected happened—my body began to release.
Not just tears, not just exhaustion.
Truth.
Cellular truth.
Truth I couldn’t reach until the spell was already broken.

I looked at three objects I’ve carried for years—each one handed to me as “sentimental.”
But they weren’t gifts.
They were containers of control.
Threaded with silent vows I never consented to.

And when I saw it?
When I really saw what they were?

I didn’t get angry.
I got free.

I did a full unbinding.
Revoked every contract.
Returned every frequency that didn’t belong in my field.
