Part-Time Business Development Representative

SherCare Senior Services, LLC is growing—and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated professional to help us expand our referral network!
As a trusted provider of compassionate, high-quality home health care, we support seniors and individuals with disabilities in living safely and independently at home and assisted-living facilities. We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to connect with long-term care communities, physician offices, and other key partners.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Identify growth opportunities and track outreach efforts.
- Represent SherCare at events, health fairs, and local meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of outreach, business development, or sales experience
- Background in senior services or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
