Fascia Friday!!
Personally I find the Fascia fascinating 😅 it’s proof that ignoring the smallest issue can cause enormous consequences in unrelated areas. Everything is connected, so take care of yourself.
If I could go back and give my younger self advice it would be to STRETCH. Keep blood moving to all areas, even the ones that aren’t used all the time.
