Important update for Louisiana Medicaid members.

UnitedHealthcare (UHC) will no longer be available for Medicaid beginning April 1, 2026. If you currently have UHC, you must choose a new health plan between January 15 and February 15, 2026.

If no selection is made, the state will automatically assign you to another plan. Review your options early to avoid any disruption in care.
