Healthy eating doesn’t start with rules. It starts with involvement.

Letting kids help wash fruit, prep veggies, and be part of the process builds a healthy relationship with food that lasts into adulthood.

Small moments matter. 🧡

At its best, religion helps people access God.
At its worst, it makes Him feel out of reach.

A compassionate reflection from Sarah Mary on faith, spirituality, and why the invitation is always love — not force.

01/22/2026

What if science doesn’t replace God — it reveals Him?

A powerful reflection from Sarah Mary on why creation, evolution, and faith don’t have to compete… and how a bigger God leaves room for wonder, participation, and progress.

We’ve been working quietly behind the scenes for months, and today we can finally share it. 😊

Daphne and I officially kicked off a corporate wellness partnership with MacLaff—a company that truly walks the walk when it comes to caring for their people.

We had the honor of attending their annual manager’s meeting this morning at LSU Tiger Stadium (including a visit with Mike the Tiger 🐯), where we introduced the program and shared what’s ahead.

We are so excited to support this incredible team with a wellness program built for real life—focused on stress, energy, balance, and sustainable habits that actually stick.
Grateful for leadership that prioritizes employee wellbeing, and excited for what’s to come.

Let the work begin ✨

Spent the afternoon Friday in a kindergarten classroom talking about healthy food choices in the most fun, kid-friendly way. 💛🍎

We used a simple traffic-light system to learn about fruits, veggies, protein… and yes, even treats. No “good” or “bad” foods — just learning how different foods help our bodies grow, play, and feel our best.

Watching kids light up when they connect food with energy, strength, and how their bodies feel is such a reminder that these conversations matter — and they don’t have to be complicated.

Plant the seeds early. 🌱

A little self-care moment at Acadiana Hyperbarics ✨

Oxygen. Sauna. Lymphatic bounce (not filmed for everyone’s sake 😂).

Sometimes health looks like doing nothing… and letting your body do the work.

Real health doesn’t start with an overhaul.
It starts with noticing how you feel… and making one small change.

This conversation we had with Dr. Navita Gupta is such a good reminder that confidence is built inch by inch — not through perfection, but through consistency.

Small habits ➝ confidence ➝ momentum.

“Anti-inflammatory” doesn’t always mean pro-healing.

The body heals through inflammation — and suppressing it may interrupt the process.

Dr. Thomas Bond breaks it down in Episode 50.

The #1 longevity hack isn’t trendy.
It’s not a supplement.
It’s not a biohack.
It’s exercise.
Boring… but incredibly powerful.

Dr. Thomas Bond breaks down why sustained movement that elevates your heart rate is still the most proven way to live longer — and why nothing else even comes close.

The idea of a “soulmate” is powerful… and often misunderstood.

As James Hollis writes, when we unconsciously expect another person to rescue us, repair our wounds, or make life work for us, we sacrifice the deeper work of becoming ourselves. And in relationships, that shows up as projection, disappointment, and repetition.

Jarred Roy unpacks why love isn’t about finding the “magical other” — it’s about withdrawing projections, integrating shadow, and meeting relationship as a path of individuation.

This is the heart of his upcoming couples workshop:
HeartWork: Relationships Through a Jungian Lens

Persona helps us function.
Shadow holds what we’ve pushed away.
Integration is where freedom lives.

Jarrod Roy explains why understanding the “mask” you wear is the first step to breaking the burnout cycle and living with more authenticity and self-authority.
