Ryan was able to get back on the ice for the first time in almost a year! He’s excited to get back to normal physical activity. Radiation should start in a few weeks, but will not last that long and will be pretty low dose. Thanks for the continued prayers!

RYAN HAS GONE INTO REMISSION!

He had a bone marrow biopsy and pet scan and both show no signs of cancer or masses!

This is amazing news, exactly what we have been praying for.

Our journey isn’t over however, next step is radiation on the original mass site since it was over a certain size to begin with. Then, he will go into maintenance meds for 30 months which will include a few more rounds of chemo infusions but spaced out over the next two years.

Thankfully the hardest part is over and was so successful!!

Ryan is halfway through treatment! Four down and four to go!

He had a CT scan last Friday and was able to see the results today.

What started out as a 6 inch tumor in his chest is practically gone!!! Such amazing news!

There is still a ways to go, but every bit of good news is so encouraging.

We are so thankful to everyone who has supported and prayed for us during this process. Keep the prayers coming!

The event today was a huge success!!

Words cannot express our appreciation for everyone who was involved in planning the jambalaya fundraiser and the football ticket raffle!

Thanks so much to Rodney (Dow) Ballard, Joey Bishop, and Mechelle Ballard for all of their hard work organizing and planning and working in this heat today!

Thanks also go to all of our family and friends who came today to show support, baked sweet treats, worked the event in this heat, and sent thoughts and prayers. We love you all so much.

Lastly thanks to Stine’s Hardware for allowing us to take over their parking lot, and to Manda Fine Meats for donating product and time and expertise to cooking for event. Everything was delicious!!
