For our March , we’d like you to meet Mardi!

She has only lived at Glenncrest for a short time, but we chose her for her bold spirit, vibrant personality, and the way she brightens everyone’s day with her enthusiasm and kindness.

One thing she loves about living at Glenncrest is spreading joy and looking out for her fellow residents — she’s always ready to encourage others or offer a pick-me-up when someone is feeling down.

If she could give one piece of advice, it would be to embrace your true self and share your positivity with those around you.

Fun fact: Mardi is our Roll Tide rebel, proudly cheering for Alabama even in the heart of LSU Tigers’ Death Valley. Her rambunctious, in-your-face attitude keeps everyone laughing, and she never lets a little rivalry get in the way of her kindness.

Mardi has brought so much life to Glenncrest, and we are so lucky to have her!

Carlisha is one of our Personal Attendants here at Glenncrest. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. As a dedicated Lead Caregiver, Carlisha keeps the mornings bright and engaging by leading residents through fun, meaningful activities, all while providing attentive, compassionate care. She balances energy and enthusiasm with a strong commitment to each resident’s well-being, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and valued every single day.

Her favorite part about working at Glenncrest is creating meaningful experiences for residents and seeing them enjoy each moment.
