As we welcome the New Year, I want to thank the residents of East Baton Rouge Parish for your continued trust, support, and partnership with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office. It is an honor to serve this community alongside the dedicated men and women of our agency.

As we move forward into the New Year, we remain committed to protecting our community, serving with integrity, and working together to keep East Baton Rouge Parish a safe place to live, work, and raise our families.

What a day in Glen Oaks! ❤️🎄

Thanks to strong partnerships with Healthy Blue AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana and Christmas in Glen Oaks hosted by Dadrius Lanus.

Several families received holiday hams and children received toys — all in one place, all for the community.

At the same time, join us for Christmas in Glen Oaks, hosted by Dadrius Lanus, where toys will be given away for children. 🎁

Today, we made our second stop at Walmart Baton Rouge - Oneal Ln for another round of Christmas shopping with local kids.

In partnership with Walmart, East Baton Rouge Sheriffs Office Deputies helped each child pick out gifts, essentials and a few Christmas wishes.

We even had some hockey players from the Baton Rouge Zydeco come out and help make the experience even more special!

Huge thank you to Walmart, the Zydeco players and everyone who helped make Part 2 a success. Stay tuned for more holiday moments!

The holidays are off to a quick start! Our first stop: Dick's Sporting Goods House of Sport where about 10 kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana were selected and given a $100 gift card to shop for whatever they needed for their upcoming seasons. And of course, our Deputies were right there to assist and cheer them on!

A big thank you to everyone involved in making this moment possible. Stay tuned—there’s more holiday giving to come!

I am beyond thankful for the men and women of the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office this Thanksgiving and every day. Many of our deputies will be working today alongside other first responders to ensure a happy and safe holiday for our entire community. Thank you all for your dedicated service and sacrifice!

I am also thankful for a community of friends, business and organization partners who are committed to working hand-in-hand with law enforcement to help keep our community safe. We could not do this without you all! Thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for blessing me and this agency with the opportunity to serve you!

May you all have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving!

💗💗 EBRSO Gives Back!! 💗💗

We are extremely proud to share this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month results.

The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office raised $5,932 to support Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Baton Rouge and its ongoing mission to advance research and find a cure.

Today, we had the honor of presenting the check, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make this possible. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of the fight and here’s to raising even more next year!
