Thank you to all of the amazing@clients who trusted us with their care in 2025.
You truly made our year!
2025 saw lots of familiar faces coming in with new siblings.
While continuing to become more skilled in managing lactation, bodywork has been a big part of the journey this year. Amanda completed advanced training in infant CST and even started teaching (providers interested in learning CST - dm me!)
Looking forward to another year of walking with you on your journey and increasing the ways we can help you find your flow. 💜

Magnolia Lactation is a different kind of practice.
We go way beyond just positioning and “latch looks good!, they’ll grow out of the other stuff!”
We want to find the root cause
We’ll definitely give you activities to do with your baby at home.
For craniosacral therapy we’ll work on releasing the strains and tensions that are contributing to gas, difficulty p**ping, latch problems, and reflux.
We don’t think “colic” is an answer.
We are here to walk through your journey with you.
We’ll tell you sort through conflicting advice.

You don’t have to struggle through and figure it out on your own.
You don’t have to smile even when you’re feeling conflicted on the inside.
You don’t have to exhaust your research skills and try to fix things on your own.
This time with your baby is precious. It’s ok to ask an expert - someone who has sorted through all of the articles and research and has even lived through these struggles. In fact, you’ll be so much happier that you got help early on.
Whether you’re struggling with latch, bottles, milk supply, reflux, or colic has you covered in Baton Rouge. 💜
My goal is that no one has to be like me and learn the hard way, but that you get expert care and guidance early on.

Wait, they don’t mean this type of bear cup? I think anyone who works with feeding babies/toddlers giggled a little watching the hype over adult 🐻 cups.

Some babies struggle with taking a bottle, so we’re here to help.
When a baby is 5/6 months old and not wanting to take a bottle, sometimes the best move is to skip it. That’s where the honey bear cup comes in. We pop a little straw in and can teach baby how to drink safely from a straw. The squeezy nature of the bottle is just right for bringing the liquid up for learning.
