All caregivers are test, trained and certified to meet third party and internal Oneva standards for skills, knowledge, service and quality. All caregivers have TrustLine certification, CPR, and First Aid, and all have taken training in safety and service fundamentals. Our caregivers are given and follow our clients’ directives on how time is spent with their loved one while in our care. SafetySitters read and play games with those in our care - sometimes in different languages. We recruit, vet, test, train and certify great caregivers so that you can find the right balance of skills and experience for your loved ones. You never have to compromise on fundamentals like background checks and service quality. We vet our clients with an on premise intake (ala Airbnb) to enhance caregiver safety, recruit caregivers pro-actively, and provide training and support to our caregivers. In doing so, we are able to attract caregivers with exceptional skills from the upper echelon of the talent pool, in turn allowing us to provide exceptional services to our clients. We provide an 800 number and a live body to schedule or change a booking. Text us – we’ve got that. In the event of an emergency, text or phone is the quickest way for us to help you. For routine scheduling, our video-oriented SafetySitters presentation quickly establishes client trust by showing the caregiver and his/her credentials quickly and efficiently. All clients or services can be selected and approved online from the customer’s mobile device. Services are paid for using secure backend payment processing.
