Two of my favorite places are teaming up. When I talked to Bayside Chiropractic today, their spaces were going fast. Women's Care Medical Center foes great work in our community and I have loved volunteering with them.

1st - 3rd Grade Thursdays 2:00-3:30
4th - 6th Grades Tuesdays 4:00 - 5:30
Middle School (6th going to 7th) Thursdays 4:00 - 5:30
Teen Girls Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:30

Groups will focus on social skills, building coping skills, emotional regulation, learning about depression and anxiety, increasing focusing skills, and much more.
