We are pausing our Sunday evening yin class…it will be back in September with Annmarie once life settles back down after summer.

But we aren’t taking Sunday yin away! We are just moving it to 10:45 am. Come unwind, reset your mind, release tension in your body…and then get out and enjoy the rest of your day 🤍
