Kristen’s 2-Month Update on Her Weight Loss Journey! 💪
Kristen started personal training with us when she began GLP-1 medication, knowing how important it is to focus on strength training to protect muscle while losing weight.
Her goals are to lose weight, build and maintain lean muscle, and create lasting habits that keep her metabolism strong and her progress sustainable long after she’s off the medication.
At her two-month check-in, here’s what Kristen shared:
