To scramble eggs three slices of cheese sliced thin two pieces of bacon cut in half put it inside and my cup of coffee .
So honestly those of you that are following how's it going how is the 24-hour fast have you had any issues yet? Every time you comment you could also be helping someone else who maybe is on the sidelines just sitting back and reading doesn't want to say anything yet hey no problem but those of you that are doing it whether you're doing keto or just taking on a healthier lifestyle what are the things that you do share them on this page this page is for everybody. The only thing that I ask is that you don't come on here and promote pills shakes or anything like that that is false hope and cost money I've said it before I'll say it again I didn't do anything with pills shakes nothing the only shake that I did do is premiere protein because I was working out and I would drink one of those but I would still after working out go home and eat breakfast I did that for extra protein and as you all know I don't do artificial sweetener of any kind first of all I'm allergic to it and it's a damn chemical I just don't agree with it I've seen different results men and women who completely cut out the sugar except for what is already in the food that we eat and those who have added a other form of sweetener you know a chemical sweetener and I don't want to hear a truvia or anything like that it comes from a leaf whatever that's just my opinion. Don't forget to drink your water you should be drinking 64 oz of water a day any questions don't forget I'm here Lisa Zubritsky ✌️

Didn't have time this morning and combo of wasn't hungry because I didn't smoke yet so I totally missed breakfast I'm having lunch now I have a big bacon cheeseburger leftover from last night and a lettuce wrap and a piece of grilled chicken (left over from Monday)in a lettuce wrap both have mayo and tomatoes and getting more protein and I missed my eggs this morning ...2 red beet juice eggs remember don't eat the red beeets..lol

Two eggs two pieces of bacon three slices of a very thin American cheese for lunch turkey cheese Mayo pickle lettuce boats to red meat eggs no red beets they contain too many carbs I don't want it and the pickle. I have chicken breast out that I am now marinating in taco seasoning this would be great for taco Tuesday I'm going to give you the idea today maybe you can make it for tomorrow just all out the chicken breast and sprinkle your taco seasoning the powdered stuff very lightly on the top I add a little bit of chili seasoning and I add a little more paprika and that's it flip it over season the other side I'm going to put them in the air fryer tonight with the loaded cauliflower from last night and a salad Lisa Zubritsky
