Lee County Care and Rehabilitation Center Signature HealthCARE is an award-winning, family-based organization revolutionizing healthcare. We believe in living life with purpose and serving others.

Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 109-bed skilled nursing facility located along the middle fork of the Kentucky River in the quaint town of Beattyville, Kentucky. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services as well as long-term care; provides physical, occupational, and speech therapies; and provides ongoing restorative therapy to maintain our residents highest level of mobility and independence. Lee County's Respiratory Transitional Care Program is designed to identify, treat, educate and manage acute and chronic diseases related to breathing and/or the absorption and distribution of oxygen to the body. This interdisciplinary program focuses on all aspects of respiratory care plus the goal of returning to the most independent living situation possible.

Last Thursday, we honored the legacy of Linda Neace, Georgia Gabbard and Kevin McIntosh. These three were inducted into our Hall of Fame at Lee County. Linda was long time employee of LCCR and was a wonderful lady who was loved. Georgia lived at LCCR for a couple years and was a light to all who came in contact with her. Kevin is a vital part of Lee County and was instrumental part of our WWF float this year. Thank you to the McIntosh, Gabbard and Neace families for allowing us to honor these wonderful people.
