This is one year apart. She never misses and gym session or cardio. Nutrition is always dialed in and gives 110% every day. So proud of her.

Change matters. This is 10 years in the making. If you want to make a change make it for the right reasons. It was simple act of a kind child that started mine. Offering to tie my shoe because I almost couldn’t. What she nor I realized at the time she saved my life. That child was my youngest daughter. It set my path and I have never looked back. Change takes time dedication and will and want to never give up. So if you’re ready to make that change let me know. Lets get the new year started off right for you.
