Well I was not expecting to be offering anymore clinical days at Bluewater Institute for Massage Therapy, LLC, S-136 but, well it’s 🦃Turkey Day 🦃 month and we are squeezin in TWO MORE DAYS for y’all!! 😉🙌🏼

I’m available on November 10 & 16,
I’m ✨Student 2✨ and as of right now…. Yep… my books are completely WIDE OPEN 😲 for the first time in awhile and ready to be filled!!

PLUS…. I’ve actually got a Monday opening 🤩 for the first time since July and then Sunday, will be my final day.

This is everything. Pay close attention and watch. It’s better to have a small circle of life, speaking life, than to harbor huge pits of emptiness.

Have you ever noticed how some people leave you feeling lighter, inspired, and recharged — while others leave you completely drained?

That’s not your imagination. Your social circle plays a much bigger role in your overall health than most people realize. The energy of the people around you — their attitudes, habits, and even their emotional state — directly influence your own.

I’ve had friendships in my life that I used to walk away from feeling tired for no reason. Back then, I couldn’t quite explain it, but now I understand it was because I was constantly giving more energy than I was receiving. When you’re surrounded by people who don’t pour back into you, it starts to show up in your mood, your body, and even your motivation.

This week, we’re exploring how the relationships you keep can either be a wellness asset — or a liability.

Because wellness isn’t just about food, exercise, or rest — it’s also about who you allow into your space.

Today was the first day,
of my LAST month of clinical! 🥹

Next Sunday will be my last day doing student massage at Bluewater Institute for Massage Therapy, LLC, S-136 and I’ve been hinting around for where you can catch me after we’ve graduated and the wait is finally over!!

Graduation day is November 21 👩‍🎓
As soon as I’ve passed the licensing exam and become legal 👨‍⚖️📑
(🙏🏼December) you’ll be able to find me right here in Greenhill at H & M Salon And Spa 😍🙌🏼💆🏼‍♀️

To say that I’m excited is an understatement and I seriously cannot wait to start this new journey or thank each person whose been here supporting me along the way or to Heather Dawn Killen for this amazing opportunity!
God is so good y’all, so stayed turned because graduation is just around the corner 🥲

One thing I’ve truly enjoyed while being in MT school is how thorough the curriculum has been.
(Has it been hard… yes 🤫)
BUT…
No matter the system.
No matter the pathology.
We’re learning about it.
And you can believe I’m taking in all that knowledge and bringing it straight to the table to help you get lasting results, not just a symptom cover up!
