Coffman Family Care & Wellness will be closed on November 27th and 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, and to allow time with our families.

We will reopen at 8:00 AM on Monday, December 1st.

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health! We screen for depression and anxiety at every new patient visit, and then periodically -not just in certain months!

Depression can affect anyone — but early screening and support can make all the difference.

For more complex patients, we have a PMHNP on board to assess and address individual needs. We will create an individualized treatment plan to get you feeling your best self!
