Speed Revolution is a community of sports performance and Health & Fitness professionals dedicated to assisting coaches, athletes, teams, organizations and each other. Our T.E.A.M acronym refers to our mission to Train, Educate, Assist, & Motivate athletes, coaches, and personal trainers to reach their sports performance goals. Our services include:

- Providing Staffing/Speakers for Sports Camps and Clinics.
- Conducting Sports Camps and Clinics for all levels.
- Publishing and providing sports performance related educational materials via our website, books, and videos.
- Offering top notch rehab services, as well as personal fitness and sports performance training thru our network.

Had a great time serving as the head coach at the Wounded Warrior Track and Field Camp at Nike World Headquarters in Portland, Oregon. The kids, the shoes, the gear, and of course, Kevin Durant and Lebron James visiting were awesome! Thank you to the Wounded Warrior Regiment for allowing me to be a part of helping our countries heroes.
