As our 10th anniversary approaches, we can’t help but think back to where it all began: two IKEA desks, two chairs, and a determination to serve people who needed care but had nowhere else to turn. In those early days, we spent countless hours crafting the policies and procedures that define our practice, and building the custom EMR that still powers our work today.

Fast forward to now — we celebrate this season with an incredible team that continues to embody our founding purpose & mission: providing compassionate care to those who cannot afford it and who are too often forgotten.

More than 4,000 lives have been changed since we began!

And as we look ahead, we’re committed to the next 10 years of service, compassion, and impact in the community we love.

💛 Very thankful for our amazing team - mission-driven and purpose-built.

Our team is out in the community every day — raising awareness, offering mental health and substance use resources, and standing beside those who need support the most.

We focus on the underserved, especially our Latino community, bringing care, food, and hope right to their doorsteps. From weekend family lunches that celebrate success stories to quiet acts of kindness for those afraid to leave home — our staff make it happen with compassion and heart.

They are our greatest strength, our only real asset, and our endless source of pride. 💫

While the federal government terrorizes our community with masked men in unmarked cars, our staff is out delivering care packages to our clients who are afraid to leave home and have been denied SNAP benefits. So proud of the compassion of this team. 💕

Washington County Health and Human Services opened their outpatient building of the Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT) in Hillsboro last week! This brings to life the “no wrong door” concept championed by the leadership team at the county driving this project. It took six years of planning and ex*****on to make this happen. We are humbled and proud to share this space with providers from LifeWorks NW, Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon, Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Project Homeless Connect Washington County.

Congratulations to Beaverton's BSOBR program for this national recognition. We are grateful to have their trust and confidence to be the treatment provider for the program for past 7+ years. So proud of the entire team including our clinicians.

A Beaverton specialty court has gained national recognition as a model program for reducing DUII recidivism and promoting long-term sobriety.

Excellent progress to report on the new Washington County CATT (Center for Addiction Triage and Treatment) outpatient building in Hillsboro!! We are excited to co-locate there with several other agencies to deliver much needed services to our community. Stay tuned for opening dates late spring/early summer 2025.
