“Should I be on a low histamine diet forever?”
If you have MCAS, Lipedema, hEDS, or chronic inflammation, you have probably asked yourself that at 2 a.m. while Googling what you can safely eat.

Let’s unpack this in a grounded, science-minded way and talk about a smarter alternative that takes the guesswork out of your plate.

Here is where the research and clinical reality raise red flags:

Limited science
