Great connecting with partners in the community this week!

Our team had the opportunity to host Lunch & Learns with the incredible teams at Modern Psychiatry and Wellness and Genesis Recovery to talk about how we can continue working together to support individuals on their mental health and recovery journeys.

Modern Psychiatry and Wellness provides comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management, therapy, and innovative treatment options for individuals navigating mental health challenges. Genesis Recovery offers supportive recovery services for individuals working toward sobriety, focusing on long-term recovery and community support.

Collaboration like this is imperative in behavioral health. When providers work together and understand each other’s services, we can ensure clients receive the right level of care at the right time—whether that means inpatient stabilization, outpatient psychiatry, therapy, or ongoing recovery support.

By strengthening partnerships across our community, we can build more seamless transitions of care and help every individual continue forward on their path to healing and recovery.

While stress and anxiety share similar symptoms, they are not the same. Anxiety is the most common mental illness in the United States. Yet only about one third of people get the treatment they need. If anxiety is preventing you from enjoying everyday activities, it may be time to find help. Visit beckettsprings.com to learn more about our compassionate care.

As the need for adolescent mental health services continues to rise, collaboration between healthcare providers and schools has never been more important.

We are proud to partner with school districts like Lakota Local Schools and Hamilton City Schools to help ensure students have access to the behavioral health support they need—when and where they need it most.

By building strong relationships with educators, counselors, and administrators, we can work together to identify challenges early, provide resources, and support the emotional well-being of every student.

When schools and behavioral health providers collaborate, we create stronger support systems, healthier students, and brighter futures.

Take a moment today to practice deep breathing. Breath control helps reduce stress, lowers heart rate and brings a sense of calm.

Shoutout to our January Employee of the Month — Val.

Val has been part of the Beckett Springs family for 2 years and truly does it all — Business Office by day and Assessment Team by night! Her work ethic is unmatched, and she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. In fact, during a recent check-in she joked that she wished it were busier… and if you know Val, you know she meant it!

During the recent snowstorm, Val went above and beyond by signing up to work as needed and even stayed in our “Sunrise Hotel” to make sure she could be on-site to support the team and our patients. And through it all, she kept her positive attitude and a smile on her face.

Val was selected by the Leadership Team for her dedication, flexibility, and incredible commitment to the work we do every day.

Thank you, Val, for everything you bring to Beckett Springs. We are so proud to recognize you as our first Employee of the Month for 2026

This week we hosted our first Lunch & Learn with our clinical team at Beckett Springs!

Connecting with community partners and local resources is essential to the work we do. When our team understands what services are available in the community, we’re better equipped to ensure every patient has access to the support they need beyond their time with us.

At Beckett Springs, our goal is that every patient discharges with a thoughtful, solid plan to continue their recovery journey. Collaboration with community providers helps make that possible.

If your organization would like to connect with our clinical team and share more about the services you offer, we would love to host you for a future Lunch & Learn!

During Women’s History Month, we celebrate and support women at all stages of life. Women are often the caregivers to their families and friends, yet overlook the importance of self-care. Take the time to check on the women in your life!

We had a great meeting with The Recovery Village Columbus to strengthen our partnership and ensure our patients experience seamless, comprehensive care.

The Recovery Village Columbus provides a full continuum of services including:
• Medical detox
• Inpatient and residential treatment
• Mental health residential treatment
• Dual diagnosis care
• Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programming (IOP)
• Aftercare planning and alumni support

In behavioral health, treatment doesn’t end at discharge — and it shouldn’t feel like starting over somewhere new. Collaboration like this allows us to intentionally coordinate care, align treatment goals, and ensure warm handoffs so patients feel supported every step of the way.

When providers work together, patients don’t fall through the cracks. They move forward with a plan.

We’re grateful for community partners who share our commitment to whole-person healing and thoughtfully chosen aftercare. Because recovery is strongest when it’s connected.

Starting off Social Work Month strong with a meeting with the incredible social workers at the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with professionals who are truly on the front lines—advocating for clients who are often navigating complex legal challenges, mental health needs, substance use disorders, trauma histories, and systemic barriers all at once.

Social work in the criminal justice space is powerful. It bridges the gap between the courtroom and the community. It humanizes the process. It ensures that people are seen not just as charges or case numbers—but as individuals with stories, needs, strengths, and the capacity for change.

At our behavioral health hospital, collaboration like this matters. When public defenders and social workers partner with treatment providers, we create real pathways to stabilization, diversion, treatment, and long-term recovery. That’s how we reduce recidivism. That’s how we strengthen families. That’s how we support healthier communities.

To the social workers doing this work every single day—especially those in systems that can feel heavy and complex—thank you. Your advocacy changes lives.
