Coming soon, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed strategies will play an even greater role in our treatment programs. DBT helps individuals build practical, real-life skills to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce impulsive or self-harming behaviors, and develop healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.

We’ll be sharing more about how DBT strategies are being expanded across our programs in the weeks ahead. As always, our commitment remains the same: compassionate, high-quality care for you and the people you love.

March is Social Work Month, and we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating the incredible therapists and social workers who make a difference every single day 💙

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting a special luncheon in honor of our dedicated team. It was a small token of appreciation for the compassion, expertise, and unwavering support they provide to our patients and their families.

Our therapists go above and beyond—meeting patients where they are, advocating for their needs, and helping guide them on their journey to healing and recovery. Their impact reaches far beyond our walls and into the community every day.

To our amazing team: thank you for your heart, your resilience, and your commitment to changing lives. We are so grateful for all that you do!

Strong communities create stronger outcomes 💙

We loved connecting over coffee with Amber from Glenwood, Ericka from DeCoach, Tammy from Lumiere, and Stephanie from New Horizons. When passionate professionals come together with a shared purpose, amazing things happen.

These conversations are more than just networking—they’re about collaboration in action. Together, we’re working to:
✨ Ensure every patient gets the care they need
✨ Expand access to vital behavioral health services
✨ Problem-solve barriers that stand in the way of recovery

It takes a village, and we’re proud to partner with organizations that are just as committed to making a difference.

It isn’t just a statistic. It's lives and futures lost. Observing National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week helps prevent more tragedies through awareness and action. Learn the risks and signs of substance use and know that help is available. If you or someone you love is struggling, you are not alone.

Feeling extra lucky this St. Patrick’s Day 🍀

At Beckett Springs, we don’t take for granted how fortunate we are to have such an incredible team. Our staff shows up every day with compassion, dedication, and heart—and that’s something worth celebrating.

To share a little joy (and a well-deserved pick-me-up!), we surprised our team with St. Patrick’s Day baskets as a small token of our appreciation. Because taking care of our people is just as important as the care they provide.

We’re also so grateful for our amazing providers and community partners who work alongside us to support those in need—and, most importantly, for the patients who trust us with their care and recovery journeys.

Today and every day, we feel lucky to do this work together.
