Graduates! Joseph is Lead Peer Recovery Support Specialist/Supportive Counselor at The Rock Ministries in Poca, WV, and Jeff is our very own Program Director at the Safehouse. Joey dropped in and brightened our day, as he always does. It is a joy to see what God has done and is doing. These two men are making a difference! THANK YOU for partnering with us to make it happen!

You knew about certification, but did you know that WVARR offers recovery housing scholarships?

Since 2024, WVARR has overseen the RHP Voucher Program, funded by HUD.

Vouchers cover the cost of the first 45-days of a resident’s stay at participating certified recovery homes in WV. No deposits, no entrance fees.

Residents apply for RHP Vouchers once they’re accepted into the home. Any resident making less than $40,000 annually qualifies!

From October 2024 - September 2025, RHP Vouchers funded 19,847 nights in safe, high quality recovery housing. 💙

Vouchers reduce barriers to access and increase length of stay.
