You can hold space for others…
and still be learning how to hold space for yourself.
That doesn’t make you less of a healer.
It makes you human.
There’s this quiet expectation that once you step into this role, once you start supporting others, you’ve somehow “arrived.”
That your healing is complete.
But healing doesn’t work like that.
It moves in layers.
In cycles.
In moments where you feel grounded and clear… and moments where you don’t.
And still, you show up.
You listen.
You hold space.
You understand in a way that only someone who has lived it can.
That’s the kind of care that can’t be taught.
It’s felt.
If you’ve been the one everyone leans on…
the strong one…
the one who always seems to have it together…
this is your reminder:
You deserve to be held, too. 💚
You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
When you’re ready to receive, I’m here.
