Corporate Chaplain, Spiritual Director and Supervisor of Directors I am passionate about people's mental wellness and soul care.

We are now navigating the residual effects of the pandemic while also living in an age of planetary change, cultural upheaval, and collective anxiety. That is why I have transitioned professionally in order to connect with and care for people through corporate chaplaincy and life coaching. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Bible and Ministry from Abilene Christian University. I spent 25 years as a full-time pastor working with teens, marriages, and families. I am the founder of InnerWell and provide dedicated, personalized, and proactive chaplaincy services for employees and their families. I am a certified Relational Life Coach with CCA and am also a Spiritual Director with certifications from both Protestant and Catholic traditions. I am trained in Employee Wellness and Stress Management from Stanford Center for Health Education, as well as in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). My wife, Missy, and I have been married 24 years. She is an LPC and works for Mission Resource Network as a Missionary Care Specialist. We have two young adult children in college. I love Seinfeld references and also confess to having a love-hate relationship with the Dallas Cowboys.
