post menopausal. I cant lose weight
we discussed three things back in November of 2023
she decided she had enough and was going to make big changes to see big changes
1) no alcohol
2) follow a program at home, weight training 5 days a week 30-40 minutes. Her and I both use Caroline Girvan on YOUTUBE.
3) hit 100grams of protein a day
(we also did talk about getting good sleep and hydrating, tweaked supplements a touch)
I am so happy for her
she did exactly those three things and she has reaped the benefits
she also reversed her osteopenia, insomnia, fatigue and mood issues
30 pounds down as of today
It takes more work, it takes consistency, it needs to become a lifestyle
