A Healthy, home cooked dinner, done for you.

I’m offering a limited number of fully cooked, ready-to-eat meals for pickup on Tuesday 1.13 in Bedford Village between the hours of 3-6pm

On the menu ~

• Fresh ciabatta loaf with whipped herb butter
• Herby salmon with side of tzatziki
• couscous with golden raisins, capers, lemon zest and parsley
• Simple salad with herbs, Parmesan and crispy shallots; Dijon vinaigrette

Feed 2 $72.50
Feed 4 $145
(comes to $40 a person - you can add an additional serving(s) for $38pp)

Limited quantity. Orders close tomorrow (Sunday) night

beyond the hustle of the holidays a new year awaits, while the winter season invites us to more stillness. join us for an experience to slow down and soften into 2026-we’ll get grounded & graze.

a guided session to receive gentle reiki, fireside release and time for reflection-allowing for more clarity and intention.

afterwards will gather around the table where a nourishing brunch will be served; Intended to feed the soul. A wholesome winter spread featuring grounding, nutrient rich foods to support balance, warmth and renewal to begin again.

leave with a sacred herb & floral smudge bundle 🌾

Tickets are $80 and limited to 10 attendees.
