Life has been as busy as gets for our family. I looked out the window and saw him reeling in a fish and for a moment the busy life faded away. These small moments are what I love for. I savored it as long as I could.

My body doesn't kook the way I picture it to look, it's changed so much in the past few years. Life has a way of happening so fast that we may get discouraged about the changes. I'm here to tell you to love your body in all phases of life. I know it's much easier sad than done but just try. ❤️

Most days I wake up and just feel drained before the day begins. Not gonna lie it usually takes me till mid day to get my motivation. Crazy thing is I never used to be that way. I’m working really hard on my mental health and some days I feel it’s getting worse. I know I just have to stay the course and keep putting in the work. If my journey can help at least one person that’s a win for me. Never give up on yourself, when it’s all said and done you are the one person in your life that can’t leave. Find a way to love yourself and be happy when you wake up. It might be a fight but you are worth fighting for!

I have so many people that want to start an online business and they want to live healthier. It seems that the biggest disconnect isn’t that they aren’t interested but they are fearful of the work it might take, and that they could fail. You have to come at life and new opportunities from a place of pure want. You have to want it so bad that failure isn’t an option. Change=growth there is no denying that. Get out of the box you have placed yourself in and realize that your mind can be your strength or your weakness!

In the face of failure, adversity, hard times, and all the unpleasant things life throws at us that seem to make us feel like we’re walking through fire. Never feel like your not enough or that you can never reach your goals. This fire we walk through is forging us into amazing works of art! We have to take a step back from all the noise and see the bigger picture, the bigger picture that is us! Fire can destroy you or forge you into and unstoppable force! You choose🔥

Never let your failures make you feel like you will never succeed! Reggie Jackson struck out 2600 times in his career, the most in the history of baseball! But you don’t hear about the strike outs you hear about the home runs. Thomas Edison conducted 1000 failed experiments, the 1001 was the light bulb. Our failures don’t define us they teach us, but only if we let them. Keep going and striving for more, never settle for less than you feel you deserve. Our souls will guide our bodies if we just stop fighting so much and let go. That doesn’t mean it will just magically happen for you, you still have to put the work in. Just get after life in such a way that it makes waves around you, such waves that people can’t help but stop and wonder why they aren’t doing what your doing. Because then you can teach, and helping others is the greatest gift you can give your soul.

Truthfully I feel lost most days! I’ve just been so used to keeping myself going no matter what. I’m trying my best to acknowledge all my feelings and know where they come from. So much easier said than done. I do know that doing things like hiking, snowboarding, being with my children and husband can really make the difference when I’m feeling down. This is a reminder to do more of what you love, spend the extra money, do what feeds your soul.

The light your soul has given you is stronger than anything this life can throw at you. Shine so bright for yourself that even when your loved ones lights are a bit dim yours shines for them too. This world can break you if you let it or you can trust the universe and fly effortlessly through each day!
