Biopic: I am currently an elite Security Professional, former US Navy sailor and correctional officer. I am a mom to amazing daughter. I have always tried to stay physically fit due to my jobs. My mental and physical health started to take a turn and I knew I had to get back into the gym not only for me but for my daughter as well. Since being back in the gym it has not only made me stronger physically but also mentally. The gym has also show me how much potential I have and that no matter how bad things get it’s going to be okay.
