Are You An Avoidant?

There was a time when I avoided myself. Well… most of my life, really. I felt out of place for so long.

I buried myself in my phone, doom-scrolling social media, constantly avoiding my own inner world.

I pushed myself into spaces that weren’t meant for me. I built my life from the ego and the mind, trapped in stories and lies I kept telling myself - rather than operating from my heart… my soul.

Now, I choose to embody my own energy and attune to my own vibration. Instead of seeking validation outside of myself - through YouTube, social channels, or endless scrolling - I choose to sit with myself.

In silence.
In stillness.
With my breath.

And I journal.

I listen.

I allow my thoughts, feelings, and emotions to breathe. To move. To finally have the voice they were never given before.

So, I invite you to join me.

Pause for just a moment.
Grab a pen and paper.

And gently ask yourself:

“Who am I becoming - and what do I need to release to get there?”

There’s no rush.
No right answer.
Just honesty.

And when you’re ready… let the activation begin.
