Local Provider Highlight: Rebecca Trump, MS, LMT

We’re lucky to have some amazing providers in our local health community, and Rebecca Trump from Restorative Balance Stretch Therapy is one we love referring people to.

Rebecca started her career as a clinical exercise physiologist before moving into massage therapy and eventually specializing in Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST)—a unique form of assisted stretching designed to help people move better and feel better. Her sessions focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping the body recover from training, injuries, and everyday stiffness.

Rebecca holds Level 3 certification in Fascia Stretch Therapy from the Stretch to Win Institute, widely considered the gold standard of assisted stretch training.
When our patients need a little—or sometimes a LOT—more stretching than we can provide in the clinic, Rebecca is an incredible resource.

💃🏼 It's here!! Tuesday, October 14th, I will be out of the office all day as I help with the Chesapeake Professional Women's Network - CPWN Annual Fashion Show! This is our largest fundraiser of the year, and the funds we raise are granted to local non-profits that support women and children.
