Either you are going to go shopping or you may spend the day doing your best to digest your food from yesterday.
If it is the latter, Try these two poses : the twist and child's pose.
⭐Relax the nervous system and soothe intestinal inflammation by holding childs pose.
⭐Stimulate circulation in the liver and kidneys with a simple twist.
Hold each for 3 to 5 minutes and finish in savasana.
