Going for a new look! Happy Halloween everyone! My plan is to be back then weekend of the 8/9th depending on harvesting! We ran into some wet days, but back up and going today! Hope you are all doing well! Miss y'all!

Tuesday morning 5:30 am workout with a group called F3 (faith, fellowship, fitness)! Then working on education all day! Thank you my chiropractic family for being flexible with schedules and me going to just Mondays in Bella Vista. Being more efficient with my time allows me to invest in myself with education, mental, and physical health. So thank you for letting me do more of me, so I can bring my all to you as well!

Haven't posted in awhile because I was figuring life out (totally figured out everything in a month ;) ) New updates!

1. I'm shifting to only Mondays in Bella Vista on the bus. ( I will be here from 8-6 most days) I will also have some lunch hours by appointment only on Mondays!
2. I'm investing in education 2-3 days a week, so I will definitely keep you updated
3. I got to spend time with my family in Kansas over the month of July and that was amazing!
4. Investing in a house in Siloam Springs... It's been a work in progress, but it's been a fun process!

Soooooooo new changes in Tribe! Tribe bought another bus! More details to come! Wanting to serve two communities and the ability to serve more means I needed another facility. Well this is her! Feel free to send name ideas for this "girl"!

Due to the storm threat this afternoon, I will be closing the bus down for the day. I'll be here until 11:30 if you can swing by! I will be moving everyone over to Tuesday. Also next week is memorial Day, so Monday patients will be scheduled for Tuesday! Stay safe 🙏
