I'm back! I learned a lot through harvest! I got to see my little brother from big brother big sisters in the way back and my nieces and nephews on the way back!

Tuesday morning 5:30 am workout with a group called F3 (faith, fellowship, fitness)! Then working on education all day! Thank you my chiropractic family for being flexible with schedules and me going to just Mondays in Bella Vista. Being more efficient with my time allows me to invest in myself with education, mental, and physical health. So thank you for letting me do more of me, so I can bring my all to you as well!

Haven't posted in awhile because I was figuring life out (totally figured out everything in a month ;) ) New updates!

1. I'm shifting to only Mondays in Bella Vista on the bus. ( I will be here from 8-6 most days) I will also have some lunch hours by appointment only on Mondays!
2. I'm investing in education 2-3 days a week, so I will definitely keep you updated
3. I got to spend time with my family in Kansas over the month of July and that was amazing!
4. Investing in a house in Siloam Springs... It's been a work in progress, but it's been a fun process!
