This is happening. And I am so excited about it.
I've been wanting to do something like this for a long time — a way to bring what I do in my clinic into a group setting where kids can explore food together. Because here's what I've learned after years of working with picky eaters: peer modeling changes everything.
When one child touches a strawberry, the kid next to them gets curious. That's not something I can replicate in a 1:1 session.
The Food Explorers Therapeutic Feeding Program is 4 afternoons in June — small group, sensory-based, zero pressure. Each day has a color theme (red, yellow, green, purple) and we work through food the way I always do: smell before taste, touch before bite, play before everything.
Parents — you're part of this too. You'll get access to a feeding course, take-home strategies, and daily progress updates. Because what happens in those 90 minutes needs to carry over to your kitchen table.
15 spots. That's it. And 1–2 scholarships are available for families who need them.
If your 3–6 year old has a very short list of "safe" foods and mealtimes feel like a battle — this was built for them.
