Just me out in the wild… and feeling so grateful for my community.

has given me an outlet to connect, create, and grow.

It was amazing to take the opportunity to reflect on all the things we have accomplished together and celebrate what we have built.

Thank you for electing me as the President this year and awarding me with this year’s title of “The Buzz Lightyear!”

I had the chance to speak about a community I’m proud to be a part of, and to lead.

Community involvement is near and dear to my heart. I get to meet amazing people, influence others and continue to learn and grow myself. I get to be a part of things that make a difference. Outside just my office.

The world changes, people change, jobs change, we change.

It’s not wrong or bad.

Thinking we can avoid it just makes it harder.

The goal is learning to accept, to embrace, adapt, respond, grow, and evolve.

Does that sound hard? Yes. Does that sound doable? It is.

You are stronger than you think. And needing a little extra help isn’t a sign of weakness at all. It’s the exact opposite. It’s choosing better for you.
